Civil Marriage & Partnership Ceremonies
Quay House is registered to hold Civil marriages, our Council Chamber holds up to 50 people and makes a lovely venue for a happy occasion. Quay House rooms for hire
Rooms in Quay House are available for hire, for modest rentals, by community and other groups for one off or regular use. Please contact reception for details.

Citizens Advice Bureau
Citizens Advice Bureau come to Quay House once a week on a Wednesday morning on an appointment only system if you need help from the CAB please ring their interview line on 01803 867329 on Monday 10am - 2pm or Wednesday 11am - 7pm, they may be able to help on their website www.southhamscab.org.uk
Planning Surgeries
If you need planning advice then South Hams District Council runs twice monthly planning surgeries where you can ask advice of planning officers. Planning Surgeries are held every other Tuesday each month at Quay House, Kingsbridge from 1000-1200 hrs.
If you wish to discuss a particular planning application then you need to contact the planning office first.

Town Square and Bandstand
The Bandstand may be booked for events and activities. Contact reception for details and regulations. The Town Square may be booked for events through South Hams District Council by contacting Tel: 01803 861218
Allotments
Plots are available for use on land behind Trebblepark. The rent is currently only £20 per year for a whole plot, and £10 per year for half a plot. There is sometimes a waiting list for these plots. Please ask at reception for details.
St Edmunds Churchyard and Embankment Road Cemetery
The Council maintains these two areas. If you have any suggestions, comments or complaints about these particular places please contact reception.
Sunday Concerts
The Council organises open-air concerts on the Bandstand on Sunday afternoons and evenings throughout the summer. These events will be advertised on our site when available.
