Town Council Meetings
Kingsbridge Town Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 1900 hrs in the Council Chamber at Quay House, Ilbert Road, Kingsbridge, Devon TQ7 1DZ.
All council and committee meetings are open to the public and the press.
At the beginning of every council meeting there is a 15 minute open forum at which Kingsbridge electors may ask a question or make a statement. Electors are encouraged to make their views known to the Council.
There are four committees: Finance, Policy and Property which meet quarterly and the Planning Committee which meets the week previous to a town council meeting. Click on the relevant committee link on the left and then the date links to view the minutes of the meetings.
‘It should be noted that minutes are not formally approved as a correct record until authorised and signed by the Chairman of the council, or of one of the committees, at their next meeting. Until such time the minutes may be subject to change.’
